Experience:
1 to 5 years in Sales & Marketing within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing – Develop and execute sales strategies to promote bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, bio-fungicides, plant growth promoters, and micronutrients.
Farmer & Dealer Engagement – Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers to ensure effective product adoption.
Market Expansion – Identify new business opportunities in your designated Western Maharashtra HQ region.
Product Knowledge & Training – Educate farmers and dealers on the benefits of sustainable agriculture solutions.
Sales Target Achievement – Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company’s market leadership.
