Return and Refund Policy
- The users are eligible to cancel their orders at the time of verification or before the dispatchment of the products.
- Additionally, users can choose not to accept the order at the time of delivery, in which
case the products are returned to origin. - In all above cases if order will be on paid basis then Anand Agro Care refund the 100%
transaction amount and it may get credited to the users original mode of payment
within 7-10 working Days from the date of confirmation of cancellation. - Users can choose to return the products, in case they received the product in damaged or defatted material.
- The return would be applicable in all the cases, where the users is able to proved damage at the time of delivery. ( COD or Paid order)
- Additionally, Anand Agro care reserves the right to set a return window on some of the products, where user can return a product in case they do not find the products as per their choice.
- Any product where the return window in not mentioned would be non-returnable (unless it is damaged at the time of delivery).
